Kislotoupor fully recognizes its responsibility to the public for the preservation of the environment and adheres to the constitutional human rights to a favorable environment and environmental standards.
Environmental protection measures:
• We have contracts with licensed entities for the disposal of car tires, expired batteries, oil-containing and solid household waste, LED lamps, computer equipment waste.
• We carry out ongoing monitoring of working zone air to ensure that maximum permissible concentrations of pollutants are not exceeded.
• We provide annual chemical and bacteriological analysis of water for technological purposes.
In assessing investment projects, we always consider the impact on the natural environment. We deny any profits if it causes any harm to human health or environment but interested in the kind of projects that produce social advantages, which is one of the company's core values.
Responsible Subsoil Use
For the time of its operations, Kislotoupor has established itself as a conscientious subsoil user.
The company’s quarries are operated in strict compliance with the Code of Ukraine on Subsurface Resources, the Land Code of Ukraine, the Mining Law of Ukraine and working projects for the development of mineral deposits.
Deposit development projects envisage land recultivation with restoration to its original state and subsequent transfer for agricultural needs.

Kislotoupor is fully aware and responsible for maintaining the life and health of its employees. We consider our activities in the field of occupational safety as an integral part of successful business and a prerequisite for achieving our strategic goals.
Our goal in the field of occupational safety is to ensure safe labor and the absence of accidents at work. The company's HSE unit carries out systematical internal audits of the state of occupational and industrial safety.
Main activities in this direction include:
• workplace assessment;
• providing staff with protective clothing, footwear and other personal protective equipment;
• briefing on occupational safety issues and measures to prevent occupational injuries;
• preliminary and periodic medical examinations;
• training and verification of knowledge on occupational safety, first aid measures in case of accidents, rules of conduct in case of emergency.
